Surrendering to the temptation of beauty and lust, in the evening he would die to pay his lifelong debt from ritual suicide. This caused disastrous consequences in a film mesmerizing with emotion, humor and a tragic reversal of roles. This puts ancient beliefs and customs to the test in the ever-increasing postmodern and western worlds—after his king’s death. The rider had to sacrifice himself to serve his ruler in the afterlife. But a sudden distraction leads to an unexpected tragedy.
