Hor Taew Tak 5 (2015) หอแต๋วแตก แหกนะคะ เล่าถึงการกลับมารวมตัวกันอีกครั้งของเหล่าซือเจ๊ตัวกลั่น ไม่ว่าจะเป็น เจ๊แต๋ว เจ๊มดดำ และ ผีสาวสุดเซ็กซี่อย่าง แพนเค้ก แม้จะไม่ครบถ้วนกันทุกนาง แต่ก็มีอีกหลายคนที่จะมาช่วยเสริมความฮาให้กับภาคนี้ ความวุ่นวายเริ่มต้นขึ้นเมื่อ เจ๊แต๋ว (จาตุรงค์), เจ๊มดดำ (เอกชัย), แพนเค้ก (โก๊ะตี๋) และ อาโคย (กัส) มีโอกาสกลับมาเป็น ครู ให้กับสถาบันเก่าของตนเองโดยการชักชวนของ พุตซ้อน (อิ๋ว) แต่ดูเหมือนว่าการเดินทางกลับมาครั้งนี้ทำให้เจ๊แต๋ว

ได้พบกับเรื่องราวที่ยังคงเป็นปมค้างคาใจในอดีตที่ผ่านมาและอาจจะเกี่ยวพันถึงการที่วิญญาณของ ซ่อนกลิ่น (กรกมล) ออกมาอาละวาดอีกครั้งโดยมี อัค (โตส) นักเรียนหนุ่มรูปหล่อมาดเข้มที่ดูเหมือนว่าจะสื่อสารกับดวงวิญญาณดวงนี้ได้นอกจากเรื่องวุ่นวายชวนสยองแล้วก็ดูเหมือนว่าโรงเรียนแห่งนี้ยังต้องเผชิญปัญหาอีกด้าน
